So last week I posted about the Lindstrom 47i pliers I had gotten from them. Shortly after I posted, they posted on twitter about our writeup, and sent me a message telling me to watch our mailbox. To top it off, they even called to let us know. (To the person that called, sorry we missed your call. We would have called you back but our machine ate most of your message and we couldn’t make out your name or number)
Low and behold, yesterday we got a new set of pliers. According to the tweet we got from them, these pliers were “super-radiused”. What a difference!!. My main criticism of the original set was the very tip was rough and I was concerned about marring of rings. Well, that concern is all gone now. These are super smooth and wonderful to work with. I tried them out on some 22g anodized niobium and they were a complete pleasure to work with. Not a single scratch on the rings, and the pliers performed wonderfully.
So not only does Lindstrom get 2 pliers up for over achievement in customer service, I highly recommend these pliers for small rings or tiny detail work.

I just found your site 2 days ago, this after walking around the Dallas City Arts Festival on Saturday and seeing this AMAZING display of chainmaille art (jewelry as well as art pieces). Anyway, I got to thinking, “Why can’t I do that?!” I’m very crafty and can do just about anything that I put my mind to (Accountant by day, I have to brighten my life somehow! As though a 4 year old little boy doesn’t do this enough….).
I googled “chainmaille” and eventually found my way to your Etsy site and I’m totally hooked! You are right: You aren’t the least expensive, but your selection and the saturation of colors are better than I have found on any site thus far.
So I’m new and my plan is to start practicing as soon as I can. My goal is to make bracelets/necklaces/earrings for people for Christmas. I’m huge on hand-made gifts – mostly because it comes from the heart – partially because it is cheaper and I’m a single mom. Anyway, I love your site and I’ll be visiting often!

I am some what new chain maille and love it. Most of all I love knowing I can contact you and get all the help you give. I know there are other companies out there but I do NOT want to deal with anyone but you. Your product is awsome but your customer service is flawless. It’s not often you find a company so willing to help the novice. I can not find enough good and positive words to say about Curt and his company. Thank you soooo much for all the help with my orders and questions.
